When you arrive for your first appointment
Please bring proof of the rabies vaccination with the date. (digital is fine)
There is a printed copy of the New Client/Liability Waiver to fill out in person.
A $25 booking deposit is required for new clients. This will be subtracted from your total after your appointment.
